This super cute Folly Beachfront house, a great Charleston Vacation Rental, is on the beach with private beach access & awesome views. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 Queens & 2 Singles in a Sunroom, decent Pull-Out Sofa in upstairs living room & decent futons in the downstairs area. The home can sleep 12 people in beds and with the pull out sofa and futons you could conceivably add some more people or kids than 12 but please know that 16 would be an absolute maximum. The home is on a septic tank system and simply can not handle more than that. All beds are Sealy Posturepedic. Full kitchen with all of the dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and silverware you need. Washer, dryer, cable TV, Smart TV, high-speed WiFi Internet, Bluetooth Stereo, outdoor hot showers, fire pit, hammock, big deck, cook area, gas grill, charcoal grill, outdoor bar, big deck, great for surfing, lots of fun. Only about 15 miles from downtown Charleston!!!
***Summer rentals tend to go quickly & the whole Island of Folly Beach is booked solid for the Summer by the end of April, please note Summer rentals are booked Saturday to Saturday only, it’s not too early to book next summer today.
Also please be aware there are 2 small apartments underneath this rental but know that the upstairs is totally private with its own huge private deck. They are available for rent also, perfect for additional guests & the other is normally vacant or occasional will be occupied by long term guests in the off-season. We do get asked a lot about privacy with other people downstairs but keep in mind that the whole upstairs deck is private.
PETS: This home is Pet “Friendly.” However, you must bring a crate and have animals crated when you are out. Three smaller dogs (25 lbs. or less) or 2 medium size dogs (50 lbs.) is the limit. No pets in bedrooms or on furniture. No Pets at all in one of the bottom units. Please keep them leashed at all times.
There is a non-refundable $75 pet fee. You have to check the box for pets (it is located in the section with the number of guests).
